Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that traces its roots to the early 20th century when Dr Mikao Usui developed and introduced this energy healing technique. The word “Reiki” combines two Japanese characters: “rei” meaning universal or spiritual, and “ki” signifying life force energy. The practice involves the channeling of this universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands to promote balance, healing, and relaxation.

It is my experience that Reiki and Spiritual Mediumship, each with its unique principles, practices and disciplines, working together offers unique pathways for individuals seeking healing and spiritual exploration.

Being a Reiki Master Practitioner and a Spiritual Medium I have a heightened sensitivity to energy. Reiki and my Mediumship allow me to amplify my ability to perceive and channel life energy with a sensitivity to my spiritual energies to communicate with the Spirit realm.

The combination of Reiki and Mediumship provides a pathway to a deeper understanding of the interconnected realms of energy, healing, and spiritual communication.
